Your pack shipment

All orders are processed on the next working day of order. If the product is not in stock, an employee will contact and notify the estimated delivery time of the product. All orders distributed by Icelandic Post and are subject to the delivery, warranty and shipping terms of Iceland Post for delivery of the product. Accordingly, Krossdal ehf is not responsible for any lost shipment or damage that may occur on goods in transit. If a product is lost by mail or is damaged since it is sent from Krossdal ehf to the person concerned, the damage is the responsibility of the buyer. You can pay 590 kr. for traceable letters. Free delivery is on orders of 15.000 ISK and above unless otherwise stated in the product description.

Return of a product

A 14-day return is granted for the purchase of a product against the presentation of a receipt that shows when the goods were purchased. The product must be unused, in perfect order and in its original undamaged packaging when returned. If a product is sealed, the seal can not be broken. The return of a product is based on its original price, unless the product is on sale or on a special offer when returned. It is then based on the price of the product on the day it is returned. If a buyer does not want to exchange the product for another product, a credit note will be issued after receipt of the goods. The subscription form is in the form of a code used here on the page when traded and is valid for one year from the date of issue. Shipping and postage fees are not refundable.
